My order shipped but I need to change the address.
So sorry for the mix-up! If your order has already shipped, you may still be able to update the address through USPS directly.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it will be canceled and refunded (excluding shipping fees). You’ll get a notification if this happens.
Can I change the shipping address for my order?
We’ll do our best! Email us at inquiry@shopglowcore.com with your order number and updated address as soon as possible.
Just a heads up:
We can only make changes if your order hasn’t started packing.
We’re unable to switch between U.S. and international addresses.
During high-volume periods (like launches), address changes might not be possible.
Can I change the billing address for my order?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we can’t update the billing address. As long as your shipping address is correct, your order is good to go!
Can I modify my order after it’s placed?
All sales are final — we can’t make changes to the products in your order after it’s been placed. Double-check your cart before checking out, bestie!
I got a package, but it wasn’t my order!
Yikes — that’s on us. Please email inquiry@shopglowcore.com within 14 days of delivery with:

A photo of the products you received
A photo of the stamped initial/number on your package
The packing slip (with the stamped initial visible)
We’ll get the right order to you ASAP

My tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t get anything.
This can happen! Sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered a little early.
Wait a couple of days, check with your neighbors, and reach out to your local post office.
Still nothing? Email us within 14 days of the last tracking update at inquiry@shopglowcore.com with your order number and tracking info.
Why is my order “unfulfilled”?
Totally normal! "Unfulfilled" just means your order is still being processed and hasn’t shipped yet. Once it’s shipped, it’ll be marked “Fulfilled” and you’ll get a tracking number.
My international order is stuck in the U.S.
International orders can take up to 21 business days to arrive. Sometimes they get delayed at customs or miss a scan. If it’s been more than 21 business days, email us and we’ll look into it for you.
Will I be charged customs/delivery fees (international orders)?
You might! Customs and duty fees depend on your country and aren’t included in your order total. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes! Email us right away and we’ll cancel it for a full refund. Once your order ships, we’re unable to cancel it.
What’s your return policy?
All sales are final. We don’t offer returns, exchanges, or refunds (except in the case of damaged or incorrect items). Thank you for understanding — we’re a small business and every order means the world to us!
